SKS Airways seeks legal action against those who spread fake news, insists it is financially healthy

SKS Airways in a statement today clarifies that the company is not facing any financial difficulties and assures us that its financial health remains robust. This is contrary to various reports published and currently circulating on social media.

They also have taken great care to ensure that all its employees are fully paid and well taken care of without any exceptions.

SKS Airways has fully paid required payments for Embraer E195-E2 jets

The company previously confirmed with SoyaCincau that it is not having any financial problems and has paid the required payments to secure the 10 aircraft which have been fully paid to their lessor, Azzora Aviation Holdings. In fact, they are on the lookout for strategic investors for Phase 2 of the company’s growth plan with an additional 20 aircraft on top of the current 10 that are already committed.

Unfortunately, like many airlines around the world, SKS Airways is also affected by the global supply chain problem, and because of that, the delivery of its first Embraer E195-E2 regional jet has been pushed from Q1 of 2024 to Q2 of the same year instead.

SKS Airways seeking legal action against cybertroopers who have been spreading misinformation

SKS Airways said that it believes some individuals are looking to discredit the company and business. In response to the false allegations, SKS Airways is currently seeking legal opinion on issuing cease and desist letters to some of the media organizations that have reported on the company’s recent status. They are also looking to begin legal actions against identified cybertroopers that have been spreading the misinformation online.

SKS Airways is here to stay

A new facility that was recently officiated by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah – a renovated hangar that measures close to 46,000 sq ft is set to provide ample storage space for aircraft spare parts, tools and equipment as well as office space – underscores that SKS is here to stay and ready to move to the next stage of growth.
