As part of its commitment to deliver top-notch customer service across its touchpoints, CelcomDigi announced that all of its 50 Celcom Bluecubes and 27 Digi Stores nationwide will be open 365 days a year including public holidays with standardised operating hours. The newly merged telco says the move aims to make it easier for its 20 million customers to stay connected to its network.
According to CelcomDigi, all stores will be open from 10am to 6.30pm, while outlets located within shopping malls will be open from 10am to 10pm. Walk-in CelcomDigi customers can get assistance by their experienced CelcomDigi retail employers which they call “CD Champions”.
CelcomDIgi’s Chief Sales and Retail Officer Cheng Weng Hong said “This initiative is part of CelcomDigi’s efforts to realise a bigger retail ambition that is to build a world-class customer experience. We are laying a solid foundation that we can build on – unbeatable retail experience supported by our team of experts and passionate CD Champions. CelcomDigi’s customers can also look forward to more enhanced product offerings and services in the near future, as the company continues to take the best of both brands and integrate, bringing the benefits of the merger to all Malaysians.”
CelcomDigi is currently offering in-store deals for its customers. Customers who sign up for new Family Lines at Celcom Bluecubes or Digi Stores can get 50% off their family line. Celcom customers can get RM20/month rebate for 6 months while Digi customers can get RM22.50/month rebate for 6 months.
As announced earlier, both Celcom Bluecube and Digi stores can serve both Celcom and Digi customers. This provides a seamless experience for customers for both brands as they can get assistance for 11 types of transactions including bill payment, plan change, SIM replacement, new plans including CelcomDigi fibre, MNP and internet purchase.
