TM’s Unifi fibre broadband service appears to be facing a service disruption. According to complaints online, several Unifi users cannot access certain international websites and VPN services.
Unifi has replied to a tweet saying they suspected the issue was caused by a temporary service disruption which is expected to be resolved in a short time. It added that customers may experience issues while browsing certain websites.

We’ve reached out to a TM representative, and we are told there was an issue with international upstream. However, the problem has been resolved and it should be back to normal for most users.
