GeForce NOW Cloud Gaming service now available to everyone in Malaysia, not just Yes 5G customers

After releasing as a Beta exclusively to Yes 5G users, NVIDIA’s GeForce Now Cloud Gaming service is finally available to everyone in Malaysia including non-Yes customers. On top of that, the plan is also available as an annual plan which provides additional savings.

According to the Cloud Gaming website, non-Yes customers can subscribe to GeForce Now for RM50 per month or RM500 per year. On an annual plan, that’s effectively RM41.60 per month and you’ll save RM100. All plans get the same perks which include RTX-on and 6 hours of non-stop gaming per session.

For Yes 5G customers, it looks like they have slashed the pricing from RM40 per month to RM30 per month. Last week, it offered RM30 per month as a special discount for the first six months. Yes 5G customers can also save more by signing up for GeForce Now on an annual plan option for RM300 per year, which is effectively RM25 per month.

To recap, GeForce NOW is a cloud gaming service which allows you to play hardware-demanding games on the cloud. This means you can play games like Cyberpunk 2077 even on a MacBook Air as long as you have reliable internet with low latency such as a fibre broadband connection. Take note that the games are not included and you’ll need to link GeForce Now to your purchased games from platforms such as Steam, Epic and Ubisoft. From our experience, the cloud gaming service provides a solid experience most of the time. You can learn more in our GeForce NOW review.

To get started, you can visit the Cloud Gaming website and download GeForce Now on your Windows PC, MacOS, ChromeOS and mobile devices.
