DJI Mini 2 SE Specs
The DJI Mini 2 SE still retains its ultra-light and foldable form factor which is said to be “regulation-friendly” in most countries due to its sub-249g weight. In terms of the camera, it retains a familiar 1/2.3″ CMOS sensor paired with a 3-axis gimbal (tilt, roll and pan) which is capable of recording 2.7K videos at 30fps, Full HD videos at 60fps as well as 12MP stills. It offers 4x digital zoom as well as DJI’s intelligence features including QuickShots and Panorama.
The biggest upgrade is the inclusion of DJI O2 Transmission technology which enables a longer video transmission range of up to 10km with anti-interference capabilities. This enables the Mini 2 SE to fly further with HD visibility as the previous model gets a 2.5-mile (4km) wireless range.
On a single charge, the 2,250mAh Li-ion battery offers a maximum flight time of up to 31 minutes and the Mini 2 SE boasts Level 5 wind resistance which can hover steadily and keep images stable even at wind speeds of 10.7m/s. It has a rated maximum horizontal speed of 16m/s and a maximum takeoff altitude of 4,000m (2,000m with propeller guards). Designed for beginners, the drone offers one-tap takeoff and landing, stable covering and return-to-home features.
If you want something much more capable including the capability of recording 4K and TikTok-ready vertical videos, you might wanna check out the DJI Mini 3 Pro which starts from RM3,399.
