It appears that MYAirline has extended its Super Sale offer for the travel period between 1st August to 27th October 2023. For two days only (31st Jan to 1st February 2023), the latest low-cost carrier in Malaysia is now offering free 15kg baggage and free seat selection for the promo travel period.
Free 15kg baggage and free seat selection for August-October 2023
Similar to the previous offer, MYAirline flights from KLIA2 to Langkawi, Kota Bharu and Penang start from RM39. Meanwhile, flights to Sarawak (Kuching, Sibu and Miri) start from RM69 and flights to Sabah (Kota Kinabalu and Tawau) start from RM99. Make sure you select the 15kg luggage and seat selection for both ways during the booking before you check out.
For higher chances of scoring the promo seat, you’ll have to look around the weekdays of the travel period between 1st August to 27th October. When we did a search, you can get a return ticket (two-way) from KLIA2 to Kuching for RM138 all-in.
For the free seat selection, it is only applicable for standard seats from rows 15 and behind. The front-most and emergency exit rows Prefered Seat cost RM40-48 while the front standard seats from rows 6 to 11 cost RM11. MYAirline economy seats are pre-reclined and non-adjustable but they boast better legroom than other low-cost carriers. Take note that the fares exclude in-flight meals which you can add on at an extra cost.
Promo fares to East Malaysia for 1-15 February
If you need to travel to East Malaysia soon, MYAirline is also having a two-day promo with all-in one-way fares from RM89 to Kuching and Sibu, and from RM159 to Kota Kinabalu and Tawau. You’ll have to book by 1st February 2023 for the travel period of 1st to 15th February 2023. These fares exclude other add-ons such as checked baggage, seat selection and in-flight meal.
