Malaysia’s latest low-cost carrier, MYAirline, has kicked off a new super low fare promo as it opens up flight bookings for August to October 2023 period. For two days only (28-29 January 2023), you can enjoy all-in one-way fares from as low as RM39 plus free 15kg luggage when you book flights for the travel period between 1st August to 27th October 2023.
Flights from Kuala Lumpur (KLIA2) to Langkawi, Kota Bharu and Penang are offered from RM39 one way (or RM78 return), while flights to Sarawak destinations such as Kuching, Miri and Sibu, are going from RM69 one way. Flights from KLIA2 to Tawau and Kota Kinabalu are offered from RM99 one way.
Take note that you must select the checked baggage 15kg option for both ways to enjoy the free baggage offer. Typically, MYAirline charges RM30 to add 15kg of baggage allowance for flights within Peninsular Malaysia or RM35 if you’re flying to Sabah and Sarawak. To book promo fares with free checked baggage for August to October, you can do it online via MYAirline’s website.
When we try to search for fares at random dates in August, a return ticket from KLIA2 to Sibu costs RM138 all-in. A return ticket from KLIA2 to Langkawi costs RM78 all-in, while a return flight to Kota Kinabalu and Tawau costs RM198 all-in. Besides the free 15kg baggage, other add-ons such as seat selection and in-flight meals are charged separately.
