If you’re looking for an affordable flagship-class smartphone with gaming features, Xiaomi is offering a special deal for the Poco F4 GT during the upcoming 12.12 sale. The Poco F4 GT features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip and pop-up mechanical shoulder buttons for gaming.
During the 12.12 sale, the Poco F4 GT with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be going for RM1,699 while the higher configuration 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model is going for RM1,999. That’s about RM500-600 off the official retail price. If you’re interested, this promo is available on the Poco official store on both Lazada and Shopee.
The Poco F4 GT is a gaming-centric flagship device which gets a flat 6.67″ 120Hz Full HD+ AMOLED display and it runs on a flagship-class Snapdragon 8 gen 1 processor that’s paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device gets a triple-camera setup at the rear with a 64MP f/1.9 main camera with Sony IMX686 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 2MP macro camera. Meanwhile, the punch-hole on the display houses a 20MP selfie camera.
The device boasts a “quad-speaker” setup with Dolby Atmos and a pair of pop-up mechanical shouter buttons that uses magnetic levitation technology. As you would expect from a gaming phone, it also features RGB lighting on the camera bump and it illuminates then the device is running on “Game Turbo” mode.
Powering the device is a rather large 4,700mAh battery and it supports 120W HyperCharge fast charging via USB-C. According to Poco, the device can be charged up to 100% in just 17 minutes.
