Here’s how you can win tickets to watch the biggest football match of 2022 with Touch ‘n Go RFID

This post is brought to you by Touch ‘n Go.

Touch ‘n Go has been providing cashless payment options for over two decades now, starting with its prepaid card, which would later be joined by the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. As such, it has become widely accepted as a payment option by many businesses and services, most notably for paying tolls on highways.

To make highway travelling more seamless and convenient, you can now choose to pay by Touch ‘n Go RFID. With the RFID sticker on your vehicle, you can just drive through the toll booth without needing to stop, roll down your window, stretch your arms out to reach the scanner and tap the card. Also, when compared to SmartTAG, the RFID is cheaper to buy and doesn’t require batteries.

Moreover, being a sticker on the outside of your vehicle, it doesn’t take up any space inside like with a SmartTAG reader. Despite being on the outside, it’s more secure because any attempts to remove the sticker will cause it to tear. Once damaged, the sticker will no longer function, protecting you from theft.

Installing the RFID sticker after purchase is straightforward and the packaging comes with a set of clear instructions.

The RFID will be directly linked to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet, which means you don’t have to reload the RFID separately. As long as you have enough balance in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet for your journey, you’re good to go.

Touch ‘n Go has found that more often than not, issues at the toll booth arise from an insufficient balance in the eWallet. So, for a more hassle-free experience, you can enable auto-reload for your Touch ‘n Go eWallet to ensure you always have sufficient balance.

It’s important to note that if you enter a highway with a closed-loop toll system, you will need to enter and exit the highway using the RFID lane to avoid dealing with any penalty charges. Touch ‘n Go says it will continue to monitor and improve the RFID system.

If you wish to try out Touch ‘n Go RFID, now might be the best time for you as you could stand a chance to win an all-expense trip for two to watch the biggest football match happening in Qatar this year.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. If you’re already a Touch ‘n Go RFID user, you’re all set. If you’re a new user, you can purchase a Touch ‘n Go RFID via these channels.
  2. Then just use your Touch ‘n Go RFID to pay your toll fares at any Touch ‘n Go RFID-enabled highway at least once between 25th May 2022 to 5th August 2022.
  3. Upload a video, photo, or caption, on Facebook or Twitter based on ‘Why you like Touch ‘n Go RFID?’ You are free to send as many submissions as you like
  4. Don’t forget to tag @MyTouchnGo and use the hashtag #TNGFootball2022
  5. If you’re not on these social media platforms, you can send your submission via email to [email protected]

The most creative video, picture or caption submission will win a five-day and four-night, all-expenses-paid trip to Qatar to witness one of the biggest football matches in sports. Winners will be announced by 29th August 2022 on Touch ‘n Go’s social media platforms and website.

For more detailed information on the contest, you can find the terms and conditions and FAQs on Touch ‘n Go’s contest page.
