Senheng x Samsung KL Premium Experience Store: Is it worth going?

There’s a new fancy device and appliance store in KL called the Senheng x Samsung Premium Experience store. But what really is a premium experience store, and is it even worth going?

Sure, the store is a little smaller than I expected. But it has a pretty, modern look with lots of open spaces, nice open windows and great views of the city.

As soon as you come in from the main entrance, you’d be greeted with your usual Samsung device line. There, you’ll be able to check out everything from their tablets, wearables, earbuds, and accessories, to their Samsung S22 phone lineup—but then again, you’re able to do so in other Samsung stores. What really makes this store a premium experience store is its collection of premium appliances.

The Senheng part of the Senheng x Samsung store includes Samsung’s Bespoke appliances and their smart TVs. And its premium experience part of the store lets you actually check things out up close and try them.

Basically, if you want to buy these premium items but you want to see how they work first like how you would at IKEA, coming here would be the best option. However, unlike IKEA, the prices can be pretty steep. But what do you expect from a premium store in the middle of the city center selling Samsung devices and appliances?

The Senheng x Samsung Premium Experience store is located in Shoppes at Four Seasons Place, right next to KLCC. The store also offers a few deals if you’re interested in purchasing a Samsung device or appliance. Will you be visiting?
