If you’ve pre-ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 model during the launch week but still waiting for your device, Samsung Malaysia has announced that it is extending the redemption period for the RM800 eVoucher. The RM800 eVoucher was offered to the first batch of pre-order customers where they can utilise it to buy selected Samsung Galaxy products and accessories.
As announced on Facebook, the RM800 eVoucher will now be valid until 17th April 2022. This extension is only applicable to customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra from 9th to 17th February 2022. The voucher can be used for the Galaxy Tab, Galaxy smartphone series, Galaxy Wearables and Samsung Branded Mobile accessories on Samsung Malaysia’s online platform. Samsung Malaysia has already updated the T&C for the pre-order and voucher redemption on their website.
The South Korean smartphone brand said they are experiencing a delay on certain models of the Galaxy S22 due to an all-time-high in demand. It added that they are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible and they apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Here’s their official statement to customers:
We’re extremely grateful for your positive support towards the Galaxy S22 series. However due to the overwhelming pre-order volume, some customers may experience some delays depending on the market, model, colour as well as the accessories that comes with the pre-order package. Do ensure that we are dedicated to get your new devices to you first, hence customers will be receiving their phones ahead of the gifts from the promo deal.
Samsung Malaysia
We thank you for your patience and kind understanding.
After the first round of pre-orders, Samsung Malaysia has stopped offering eVouchers for the second round of pre-order. Instead, they are giving a free Samsung Galaxy Watch Bluetooth (40mm) worth RM899. On top of that, customers who pre-order the Galaxy S22 Ultra will receive a Lamy Safari Twin Pen worth RM269.
