Besides the Klang Valley, MySejahtera is now expanding its help kiosks to more states in Malaysia. The kiosks are meant to help MySejahtera users with app-related issues including vaccination details. For this week, the MySejahtera kiosks are operational in Johor and they plan to open the kiosks in other states very soon.
From 9th to 11th March (Wednesday to Friday), MySejahtera users can get help at the MySejahtera Kiosk located at Dewan Muafakat Taman Adda Height in Johor Bahru. On 13th March (Sunday), the kiosk will be operational at Dewan Maharani, Muar.
According to MySejahtera, only 800 tickets will be issued daily from 9am. Users must bring along their physical vaccination card as well as the relevant documents. The kiosks are only meant for individuals and they can’t troubleshoot problems related to vaccination certificates issued by vaccination centres for industries. If you are under quarantine or have a home surveillance order (HSO), you are not allowed to enter the premises.
After Johor, the MySejahtera help kiosk will expand to other states such as Melaka and Negeri Sembilan. More details will be shared from time to time and you can follow them on Facebook and Twitter for the latest updates.
