Perodua Ativa now available for subscription, RM57 for the first month

If you’re interested in getting the Perodua Ativa compact SUV, you now have the option to subscribe to the car via Flux. As part of its Merdeka promo, they are offering the first-month subscription for only RM57.

At the moment, Flux is only offering the Perodua Ativa 1.0 H which is the mid-spec offering that is priced from RM66,100. It gets a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo engine that produces 97 hp and 140Nm of torque, mated to a CVT. On the inside, it has fabric seats and it features a 7″ touch-screen infotainment display along with a full LCD instrument cluster.

In terms of safety, it still offers 6 airbags, ABS, vehicle stability control and traction control. Also included as standard is Perodua’s Advanced Safety Assist with pre-collision warning and braking, as well as lane departure warning and prevention. However, you don’t get the adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-keep control that are only offered on the high-spec AV model.

As usual, Flux offers its vehicles on a contract of up to 36 months. During sign-up, you’ll need to provide a RM2,303 upfront fee, and the subscription costs RM1,425/month on a 36-month duration. It costs RM1,601/month on a 24-month contract and RM1,901 on a 12-month contract.

By default, the plan comes with a “Lite” mileage package of 1,250km per month but there’s the option to increase this is to 2,000km or unlimited with an added monthly cost. The subscription covers insurance, road tax, maintenance, wear and tear as well as 24/7 roadside assistance. When the car is due for a service, Flux has a concierge service that provides pickup and delivery service.

Flux has also announced that it has reduced its minimum age requirement from 25 to 21 years old, and it is open to both Malaysians and expats. If you’re interested, you can check out Flux’s Ativa listing. If you prefer the Proton X50, the subscription starts from RM2,095/month and you can also enjoy the RM57 subscription promo for the first month.
