Deal: Honor offers MagicBook laptops with up to RM300 discount during 9.9 sale

Honor Malaysia is having a promotion during the upcoming 9.9 sale. If you’re looking for a new laptop priced under RM4,000, you can enjoy additional discounts plus extra freebies on their store on Lazada and Shopee.

Honor MagicBook Pro

If need a laptop with a big screen, the Honor MagicBook Pro which currently retails for RM3,599 can be yours for RM3,299 during the 9.9 sale. On top of that, Honor Malaysia is also bundling an Honor Laptop Backpack and a wireless mouse for free.

The MagicBook Pro features a 16.1″ Full HD display that boasts a 100% sRGB colour gamut. Under the hood, it runs on an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H processor with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage.

It comes with a generous amount of ports including 3x USB-A, 1x HDMI 2.0, 1x USB-C and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also gets a pop-up webcam that is hidden between the top row function keys on the keyboard. The power button also comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor for instant unlocking.

The MagicBook Pro laptop comes with a 56Wh battery which is rated to last up to 11 hours on a single charge. It also supports 65W fast-charging via USB-C PD. Despite having a larger 16.1″ screen, it weighs a reasonable 1.7kg.

Honor MagicBook 15

Need a laptop with a newer 11th Gen intel processor? You could consider the Honor MagicBook 15 which is getting a RM200 discount during the 9.9 sale. Officially priced at RM3,699, the MagicBook 15 is going for RM3,499 and it comes with a free Honor Laptop backpack and a wireless mouse.

The MagicBook 15 features a 15.6″ Full HD display and it runs on an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor paired with Intel Xe Graphics. Similar to the MagicBook Pro, it comes with 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of PCIe NVMe SSD.

In terms of ports, it has two USB-A ports (USB 3.2 and USB 2.0), one USB-C port, a HDMI port and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Like any new laptop under the MagicBook series, you also get a pop-up webcam and a power button with built-in fingerprint sensor. The MagicBook 15 gets a 42Wh battery and it weighs 1.56kg.

Honor MagicBook X 15

If you’re looking for a more affordable alternative, there’s the MagicBook X 15. Priced under RM3,000, it is essentially the same as the MagicBook 15 but it runs on an older Intel 10th gen Core i3 or i5 processor with 8GB of RAM.

The price remains unchanged with the i3 version with 256GB of storage going for RM2,299 while the i5 version with 512GB storage is going for RM2,899. During the 9.9 sale, buyers of the i5 version will get an Honor Laptop Backpack and a wireless mouse for free, while the i3 version is bundled with an Honor Laptop backpack.
