The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series is coming to Malaysia very soon. Both the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic are open for pre-order starting today Thursday, 19th August until 21st September.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Pricing

Below is the pricing for the Galaxy Watch 4 in Malaysia:

  • Galaxy Watch 4 44mm (Bluetooth) – RM999
  • Galaxy Watch 4 40mm (Bluetooth) – RM899

The Galaxy Watch 4 offers a sleek and sporty design with an aluminium case. It is offered in 44mm and 40mm sizes and is available in Black and Silver. The 44mm model has got an additional Green colour option while the 40mm model offers Pink Gold as an additional colour option.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic Pricing

Here is the pricing for the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic smartwatches:

  • Galaxy Watch 4 Classic 46mm (Bluetooth) – RM1,399
  • Galaxy Watch 4 Classic 42mm (Bluetooth) – RM1,299

The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic lineup features a more traditional looking watch design with a rotating bezel and a stainless steel case. It is available in 46mm and 42mm sizes, with Black and Silver colour options.

At the moment, Samsung Malaysia is only offering Bluetooth models for the Galaxy Watch 4. There are no details for the LTE variant at the moment.

Pre-order promo

If you pre-order the new Galaxy smartwatches, Samsung Malaysia is offering additional freebies. For the standard Galaxy Watch 4, you’ll get a RM150 eVoucher. Meanwhile, if you preorder the Classic version, you’ll get a RM250 eVoucher.

Galaxy Watch 4 Specs

These are the first smartwatches to feature Wear OS by Samsung, in place of Tizen. Users can enjoy Google apps and discover more through the Play Store. On top of its Wear OS, the smartwatch features a One UI Watch skin. It is powered by the new and improved Exynos W920, which is said to offer 20% more speed than older generation devices according to Samsung. There’s also 1.5GB RAM and 16GB storage too.

The Galaxy Watch 4’s 40mm variant and the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic’s 42mm version both come with 1.2-inch, 396 x 396 AMOLED displays and 247mAh of battery power. The Galaxy Watch 4’s 44mm edition and the Galaxy Watch 4 classic’s 46mm model both offer 1.4-inch, 450 x 450 AMOLED screens with a 361mAh battery.

The Galaxy Watch 4 will also come in separate LTE and Bluetooth models. There’s also a 5ATM and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance too. It offers up to 40 hours of battery life while half an hour of wireless charging allows for up to 10 hours of usage. You’ll be able to learn more about the Galaxy Watch 4 in our announcement post.
