To recap, the Apple Watch Series 6 is the latest top-of-the-line smartwatch from Apple. It now features a Blood Oxygen Sensor and it supports fast charging where you can get 100% charge in just 90 minutes. Also included is support for UWB for precise indoor tracking and 50-metre water resistance.
It also gets an always-on Retina display and it runs on a newer dual-core Apple S6 SiP chip which claims to offer 20% better performance than the previous S5 chip on the Series 5. The Apple Watch Series 6 also supports ECG but the feature isn’t activated in Malaysia just yet.
With the upcoming iOS 14.5 and watchOS 7.4, you will soon be able to unlock your iPhone with your Apple Watch. This would provide a greater convenience for users of iPhone models with Face ID since face masks are mandatory in crowded spaces.
