OnePlus Nord N10 5G: Probably the cheapest 5G smartphone in Malaysia

OnePlus Malaysia has officially announced the arrival of the Nord N10 5G which appears to be the most affordable 5G smartphone in Malaysia. During the first day sale, you can get it for less than RM1,000.

Pricing and availability

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is officially priced at RM1,199. However, you can get it for only RM999 during its first day sale. The device is only offered in Midnight Ice.

If you’re interested, the device is available for purchase on the 27th March at 12am exclusively on Lazada Malaysia. If you’re looking for a flagship-class device, the OnePlus 8 will be offered for RM2,199 on 27th March.

Hardware specs

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G features a 6.49″ IPS LCD display that pushes Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G mobile platform that’s configured with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage which is expandable via microSD.

For taking pictures, it has a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro shooter and a 2MP monochrome lens. Upfront, the punch-hole on the display houses a 16MP selfie shooter. The N10 comes with stereo speakers and it still retains a 3.5mm headphone jack. For instant unlocking, the device still features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Powering the device is a 4,300mAh battery and it supports Warp Charge 30T fast charging via USB-C. Apart from supporting 5G, the device also has support for Bluetooth 5.1, 802.1ac WiFi, NFC and dual-GPS (L1 + L5). Out of the box, it runs on Android 10 with OxygenOS skin on top.
