According to the eCommerce platform, their business was badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and they couldn’t find a solution to overcome its challenges. Despite the closure, it promises to fulfill all paid orders. For unfulfilled orders, Fingo says it will issue a refund instead.

The Fingo App will be closed by the end of this month and they urge its users to contact customer service if they have any outstanding issues with the platform.

Last month, the platform had issued a statement to deny rumours that Fingo was about to cease its operations. It threatened to take legal action against those who maliciously slander the company.

The platform focuses mainly on cosmetics, household items and personal care products. To drive acquisition, Fingo had also offered a membership and referral program where members could potentially earn thousands of ringgit per month.
