Hardware Specs

The Galaxy S21 series consists of 3 models – the S21 (6.2″), S21+ (6.7″) and the S21 Ultra (6.8″). All three are powered by Samsung’s latest 5nm Exynos 2100 processor which supports 5G as standard.

Both the Galaxy S21 and S21+ feature a flat AMOLED display that pushes a Full HD+ resolution with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, the top-of-the-line S21 Ultra uses has an AMOLED display which pushes a higher Quad HD+ resolution and it also supports adaptive 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of RAM and storage configurations, Samsung Malaysia has heard you and they are offering 256GB as standard across the range, which is double from last year’s S20 series for our market. For the S21 Ultra, there’s now a higher-spec offering with 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

However, do take note that the power adapter is no longer included. All you’ll get apart from the phone is a USB-C to USB-C cable, a SIM ejector tool and your manuals.
