GoCar to offer new Almera, City, X50 and Xpander on subscription soon, 50% off for selected cars

If you’re looking for a new car for the brand new year, GoCar Subs is introducing 4 brand new vehicles to its monthly subscription lineup very soon. This include the Proton X50, Mitsubishi Xpander, Honda City and the Nissan Almera Turbo. On top of that, they are also offering a 50% off promo for its monthly subscription plan through its official store on Shopee.

For the brand new models, GoCar hasn’t revealed its monthly subscription pricing just yet and they will provide further updates on its Facebook, Instagram and website. To recap, GoCar has recently standardised its car subscription offering into 5 different categories and below are the monthly fee:



50% off promo for monthly subscription

From now until 31st January 2021, GoCar is offering 50% off for selected vehicles on a monthly contract. You can book your car now via Shopee and redeem it by 28th February 2021. The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and you can even get 10% Shopee coins with your booking transaction.

Below are the list of cars that are applicable under the 50% off promo for the short term “monthly” subscription:



  • Perodua Axia/Perodua Myvi – RM1,499 RM749
  • Toyota Vios/Nissan Almera – RM1,699 RM849
  • Honda Civic/Nissan Sylphy – RM1,899 RM949
  • Mazda CX-5/Honda Accord – RM2,599 RM1,299
  • Toyota Mark-X – RM3,199 RM1,599

According to the Shopee listing, there’s no security deposit required but a pre-qualification evaluation will be conducted. The offer is only available for the Klang Valley and you’ll need to collect and return from GoCar Subs hubs in the Klang Valley.

If you plan to get a car for a longer tenure, GoCar also offers a NEW2SUBS promotion where you get the first month free and 50% off for the 2nd and 3rd month subscription. On top of that, you also get a free monthly mileage upgrade from 1,650km to 2,500km. The promo also waives the first year SWAP fee (RM250) which allows you to switch to a different car.

The car subscription comes inclusive of insurance, road tax, service & maintenance and inspection. To learn more, you can visit the GoCar Malaysia store on Shopee or visit their official website.
