Deal: Poco F2 Pro going for as low as RM1,519

If you’ve been eyeing the Poco F2 Pro, Xiaomi is now offering the device at even lower price point on its official global store on Shopee. Originally launched in Malaysia with a RM2,199 price tag, the same device can now be yours for as low as RM1,519.

The RM1,519 price is applicable only for the Poco F2 Pro in Grey, while the White and Purple options are priced higher at RM1,599. That’s a significant RM680 discount in less than three months.

Take note that this is for the base model that comes with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Since this is from the Xiaomi global store, the phone will be shipped from overseas but it is covered by Xiaomi’s local manufacturer warranty.

The Poco F2 Pro is a flagship-class smartphone with a 6.67″ Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. It can be configured up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage which isn’t expandable.

The rear features a quad-camera setup that consists of a 64MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 5MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, it comes with a 20MP pop-up camera which is similar to the Xiaomi Mi 9T. Powering the device is a huge 4,700mAh battery and it supports 30W fast charging. It also retains a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IR blaster and NFC.

In case you missed it, Xiaomi has recently slashed the price of its high-spec model with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage to RM2,299. That’s RM300 off from its original launch price.
