OYO Ultimate Pass offers 5 night stays in Malaysia for RM199

With domestic travel now permitted in Malaysia during the recovery movement control order, OYO is now offering a deal which allows you to save on accommodation cost. OYO has introduced its Ultimate Pass which lets you enjoy 5-night stays for only RM199. It is applicable at selected hotels between 1 July to 31 December 2020

To get the pass, you’ll have to purchase it via the Boost eWallet app and it is available while stocks last. You can find the deal through the banner in the OYO app which you can download on the Apple AppStore, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery.

Alternatively, you can launch the Boost app, tap on the “Do more” page (the tab with the Boost logo), click on More. Then scroll down to the Vouchers section and tap on Best Deals Ever. You should be able to find the OYO Ultimate Pass at the bottom of the page.

Before you proceed to buy the pass, do note that it isn’t applicable to all OYO hotels in Malaysia and it is limited to just over 50 participating hotels on the platform. When we try to search for rooms on the OYO app or website, there’s no clear indication to show which hotel rooms are applicable for the pass. We are told by OYO that they are updating the app to show the list of hotels that you can book with the pass.

The pass can be used to book Standard and Deluxe rooms and the redemption must be made at least 2 days before the check-in date. According to the T&C for the OYO Ultimate Pass, bookings with the pass can be made by calling their 24/7 customer service line at +60104011393.

The T&C also states that the promotion is capped at 1 voucher per 5-night room booking. We are told that each customer will get 5 unique voucher codes in their email which can be used to redeem 5 separate bookings. As you would expect with a promo like this, cancellations are not allowed.

Do note that there are blackout dates for the pass. This includes national and public holidays and pre-holiday such as 30-31 July, 19-20 August, 30-31 August, 15-16 September, 29 October, 13-14 November, 24-25 December and 31 December. To learn more, you can check out OYO Malaysia’s page.
