Malaysians will have to pay more for fuel for the coming week as the Ministry of Finance has announced a price hike for both petrol and diesel. Both RON95 and RON97 petrol will cost 7 sen more per litre, while Diesel is up by 3 sen per litre.
Below are the fuel prices for the period between 11th to 17th July 2020:
RON95 – RM1.72/litre (+7 sen)
RON97 – RM2.02/litre (+7 sen)
Diesel – RM1.87/litre (+3 sen)
Diesel (Euro 5) – RM1.97/litre (+3 sen)
This is the highest price hike during the movement control order. However, it is still lower compared to the pre-MCO period.
