The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series is expected to launch next month and we’ve seen a couple of leaked images from Samsung’s own websites. Like most phones launched this year, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will feature a huge camera bump that appears to house a triple-camera setup.
YouTuber Jimmy is Promo has just shared couple of legit-looking photos of the Galaxy Note 20 and it gives us a better look at the massive camera bump If we look closer, you’ll notice that the 3rd lens has a rectangular module which is an indication that it is a periscope telephoto lens.

Despite the different shapes, the triple-camera array looks symmetrical as they all have similar sized camera rings. Next to it is an LED flash and what appears to be an extra infrared module that could be used for depth sensing. The design matches the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra images that were spotted on Samsung Russia and Ukraine websites.

@JimmyisPromo has also shared more hands-on pictures of the device and it appears to come with rather thin bezels. There’s still a slight curvature at the edge but it isn’t as extreme as earlier Galaxy Note models. Unlike the Galaxy Note 10, the new model has the volume rocker and power button placed on the right side of the device rather than the left. This makes it more practical for those that watch landscape-oriented videos by resting the phone on its left side. The screen still has a centre-aligned punch-hole for a selfie camera but it looks much smaller than the Galaxy Note 10.

The next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is expected to be streamed live on 5th August 2020. Since Malaysia is a key market for Samsung, we expect pre-orders to start locally sometime mid-August and it could go on sale by the end of August 2020. Apart from the Galaxy Note 20 series, Samsung could also be launching its Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Galaxy Fold 2 and the new Galaxy Watch 3.
