The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has finally arrived in Malaysia and it’s the budget-friendly alternative to the flagship-class Galaxy Tab S6. Despite its lower price tag, the tablet still comes with an S Pen stylus.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite for our market is the WiFi-only version and it’s officially priced at RM1,699. The device is offered in either Oxford Gray or Angora Blue.
As an introductory offer, Samsung is providing a free Keyboard Book Cover worth RM409. It connects via Bluetooth and it charges via USB-C. This free keyboard promo is running until the 31st of July and it is available while stocks last. Also included is a free 4-months YouTube Premium subscription.
The new tablet comes with a 10.4″ TFT display that pushes a Full HD+ resolution of 2000×1200 pixels. It runs on an Exynos 9611 processor with 4GB RAM and it has 64GB of storage which is expandable via microSD.
For taking pictures, the rear comes with an 8MP main camera while the front has a 5MP selfie shooter. Also included is a pair of speakers tuned by AKG and it has Dolby Atmos enhancement.
The S Pen supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and it comes with a 0.7mm tip. When you don’t need to use it, you can magnetically attach the S Pen to the sides of the tablet. The device doesn’t come with a fingerprint sensor but it supports Face Unlock.
Powering the tablet is a 7,040mAh battery that can last up to 13 hours of video playback on a single charge. It supports adaptive fast charging via USB-C and it still retains a 3.5mm headphone jack.
