Do note that you must call your nearest police station to make an appointment before submitting the form. This is to ensure there’s no overcrowding at the station. For those who don’t have a smartphone or internet access, you may fill up the forms that are available at the station. However, you must also make an appointment with them.

The police reiterated that interstate travel is only for those who are stuck at their hometowns or at other places to go back to their respective homes. As mentioned previously, balik kampung trips are not allowed.

Those that have submitted their application are only allowed to travel at the following dates by location:

7th May (Thursday) – From Kuala Lumpur

8th May (Friday) – From Perak, Johor and Kelantan

9th May (Saturday) – From Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Melaka and Pahang

10th May (Sunday) – From Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Terengganu
