Malaysia Airlines offers free unlimited date and destination change for all flights

To provide travellers with greater flexibility during the COVID-19 outbreak, Malaysia Airlines is now giving its most flexible offering yet for new flight bookings. The national flag carrier has announced its Ultimate Flexibility ticket change policy which allows free changes to all new and existing bookings.

The Ultimate Flexibility offering allows passengers to make unlimited date and destination changes for free. This flexibility is open for flight bookings made by 31st March 2020 and you must rebook your new travel date before 31st May 2020. Your trip must be completed by 31st of December 2020, subject to seat availability. This will cover all flights including both domestic and international.

For destinations with multiple flights per day, Malaysia Airlines is letting you board an earlier flight on the same day from 13th March 2020 until 21st May 2020. As usual, normal ticket terms and conditions apply and you must pay for the fare difference if any.

The latest move is yet another attempt to inspire confidence for travellers by giving them greater peace of mind when it comes to travel arrangements. Yesterday, the airline had offered free one-time flight change and the latest offer allows you to make as many changes as you like in light of the uncertainties due to the global coronavirus outbreak.
