Carsome is giving you twice the value for your car with its latest promo

If you are thinking of selling your car, here is your chance to win double the value for your vehicle! Carsome is a Malaysia based used car trading platform that began its operations in 2015. What Carsome does is that they help you sell your car, they take on the vast amounts of paperwork and can get your car sold within as fast as 24 hours. This year marks their 5th anniversary and to celebrate, they are giving you the Double Raya Promotion.

This promotion is set to last from 1st March to 31st May and each month a grand prize winner will be selected for all of the three months. These winners will be given the opportunity to win a cash prize that is equivalent to the selling price of their used car. If the winner has sold his car for RM400,000, that means the person will receive another RM400,000.

Carsome is also offering consolation prizes that total up to RM38,000 worth of Touch ‘n Go e-wallet credit. It is important to note that this promotion is applicable to all Malaysians and to all private car owners, this excludes customers referred by sales agents, company-owned vehicles and used car dealers.

To be eligible for this promotion, all users have to do is sell their car via Carsome. Once the transaction is complete, users will then have to proceed with writing a review on Carsome’s social media page. Remember that one car sold equates to one official entry and the winners will be announced every month on Facebook and will be contacted privately. In-depth instructions to participate are written below.

1. Book a free inspection

You can do this by calling them at 1800-82-3388 or by visiting their website at www.carsome.my. They have 12 inspection centres across the country and they can offer a car valuation.

2. Attend the appointment you made

Once you have booked the inspection appointment, attend it and Carsome’s inspectors will be able to give you an accurate price.

3. Sell your car to Carsome or you can choose to bid

At this point, you can sell to Carsome or put your car up for bidding to all the used car dealers in Carsome’s network.

4. Complete the sale

All the paperwork is absorbed by Carsome and the user will have their money transferred to them via an online bank transfer. If you win, the exact value as the car you sold will be transferred to you again via an online bank transfer.

5. Post a review on Carsome Malaysia’s Facebook page

Submit a review of your overall experience on their Facebook page and include your car plate number with the hashtag, #CarsomeSoNiceWePayYouTwice
