Realme C3 Malaysia: Everything you need to know

Realme Malaysia has announced the Realme C3, the latest entry-level smartphone that’s designed for mobile gamers. It replaces the previous Realme C2 while maintaining a huge screen and battery offering.

Pricing and availability

In Malaysia, the Realme C3 is officially priced as follows:

Realme C3 3GB RAM + 32GB storage – RM499

The device will be available for purchase starting today, 3rd March at 6PM, exclusively on Realme’s official store on Shopee. If you prefer to get it in stores, the offline sales will begin on 7th March 2020.

As a special first sale offer, Realme is offering a RM20 voucher and you can redeem it with the code “COLOURFUL”. The voucher is limited and it’s valid until 11:59PM on 3rd March 2020.

Realme C3 specs

The Realme C3 features a 6.5″ HD+ LCD display and it is the first smartphone in Malaysia to be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G70 processor. For Malaysia, we only get a single variant that offers 3GB RAM and 32GB of storage. If you need more, you can add more storage via a microSD card.

The device gets a triple-camera setup featuring a 12MP main camera, a 2MP portrait camera and a 2MP macro shooter. For selfies, it has a 5MP front camera that’s housed on a tiny notch.

The device also comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and it also supports Face Unlock. Powering the device is a large 5,000mAh battery which is 25% more than the Realme C2. It supports 10W charging but unfortunately, it still uses a micro-USB port.
