Samsung Galaxy S20 Malaysia Roadshow: Free 50” Smart TV for early bird customers

The Samsung Galaxy S20 series is officially launched in Malaysia. The new flagship devices will be available nationwide from 6th March 2020.

For its first-day sale, Samsung Malaysia is having a nationwide roadshow that’s taking place starting next Friday 6th March to 8th March 2020. It’s happening at 5 locations – Queensbay Mall Penang, Midvalley KL, East Coast Mall Pahang, Midvalley Southkey Johor and Imago KK Sabah.

If you purchase a Galaxy S20 series device at the roadshow, you’ll get freebies worth RM378 that consists of a 128GB Samsung microSD card (worth RM139) and a wireless charging pad (worth RM239).

For early bird customers that queue up at the roadshow, Samsung is giving away a 50” 4K Smart TV worth RM2,599. Alternatively, you can trade in any camera to get a RM400 rebate. The free 50” TV and RM400 instant rebate offer is limited to 500 buyers nationwide on a first come first served basis. Below is the allocation for each location:

Kuala Lumpur – 220x 50” Smart TV, 220x RM400 rebate
Penang – 120x 50” Smart TV, 120x RM400 rebate
Johor – 80x 50” Smart TV, 80x RM400 rebate
Kota Kinabalu – 50x 50” Smart TV, 50x RM400 rebate
Kuantan – 30x 50” Smart TV, 30x RM400 rebate

To recap, the Galaxy S20 is priced at RM3,599 while the S20+ is going for RM3,999. The top-of-the-line Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is priced at RM4,999. All three models in Malaysia come with 128GB of storage which can be expanded further via microSD. The Galaxy S20 and S20+ are LTE models with 8GB of RAM, while the S20 Ultra supports 5G and it has 12GB of RAM.

To secure your unit early, the Galaxy S20 pre-order has been extended until 1st March 2020. Pre-order customers can get their devices as early as 4th March 2020.
