If you’re a stamp collector and a huge fan of Star Wars, Pos Malaysia has announced a limited edition folder set just in time for the upcoming movie release. It contains three stamp sheets that contain a total of 11 stamps plus three souvenir covers.
The first sheet features “The Resistance” with stamps containing Rey, Poe’s X-Wing, Millenium Falcon along with Lando Calrissian, Chewbacca and C-3PO. There’s also a sheet for “The First Order” with Kylo Ren, Sith Tie Fighter, Sith Troopers, Knights of Ren and Snowtrooper.
The third stamp sheet is based on The Rise of Skywalker’s official poster and it highlights the lightsaber duel scene between Rey and Kylo Ren. For the souvenir covers, you’ll get up to three stamps on each cover. The limited-edition folder also contains postcards and an X-Wing T70 paper model. The collection will cost you RM120 which is similar to the Batman collection folder that was introduced last month.
In addition, Pos Malaysia has also introduced a RM10 special pack that comes with a miniature sheet with three exclusive stamps featuring BB-8, R2-D2 and C-3PO. Also included is a detachable postcard and a special envelope. The Star Wars-themed series is released in collaboration with The Walk Disney Company Malaysia.
If you’re interested, you can pre-order the limited edition Star Wars Folder set starting today at Eziemall and deliveries are expected to begin from 30th December 2019. Alternatively, you can also purchase them at all 13 general post offices throughout Malaysia on 2nd January 2020.
