Tune Talk offers 2GB free data for service disruption

Tune Talk has apologised for the recent service disruption and they are offering free 2GB data as form of compensation. According to the prepaid brand, the free data will be credited upon the next renewal. If you’re an annual plan, the 2GB will be credited on the next quota refresh.

It appears that Tune Talk has been facing a number of issues in the past few months which affects mobile data connectivity. The last major outage was in September and they offered free 3GB of data which is valid for one day.

Two months ago, the CEO had penned an apology letter acknowledging the frustration faced by its customers. During the last disruption, he revealed that their data service provider had been experiencing network outages which have affected its users. Tune Talk is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) that runs on Celcom’s network.
