To recap the Honor Band 5 features a 0.95″ AMOLED display and it comes with built-in heart rate monitoring. It is also water-resistant up to 50 metres and it also has activity and sleep-tracking features built-in. When the Band 5 was launched, it didn’t come with SpO2 but you can now enable it via an OTA update.
