The Nokia 3.2 offers a large screen and 2-day battery life for under RM500

After introducing the Nokia 4.2 in Malaysia last month, the Finnish smartphone brand has just announced the Nokia 3.2 for our local market. Despite carrying a cheaper RM499 price tag, the Nokia 3.2 gets a bigger screen and a larger battery than the Nokia 4.2.

In terms of specs, the Nokia 3.2 gets a 6.26″ HD+ display that has a tiny notch and it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 processor. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage that is expandable via microSD card.

For taking photos, the Nokia 3.2 comes with a single 13MP f/2.2 main camera while the front comes with a 5MP f/2.2 selfie shooter. Powering the device is a large 4,000mAh battery that is rated to last up to 2 days on a single charge via a microUSB port.

Since this is an Android One device, you can expect a bloat-free UI experience on the latest Android 9 Pie. There’s even a dedicated Google Assistant button on the side for greater convenience. Similar to the Nokia 4.2, the power button also doubles up as a notification light.

Nokia also promises that the device will get 2 years of OS updates and 3 years of monthly security updates guaranteed. If you’re interested, you can find your nearest Nokia authorised dealer from this list.
