To get this free data offer, just launch the Hotlink Red App which is available on Google Play Store or the AppStore. Tap on the HotlinkMU Raya deals and purchase any plans that come with a Raya Promo on it.
The extra 44GB of data has the same validity as your HotlinkMU Raya deal plan. Take note that the quota is split by 22GB for all-day usage and 22GB for 1AM to 7AM. According to Hotlink, you can use this extra data quota at high-speeds on any app with no restrictions and limitations. This include sharing stories on Instragram, watching YouTube videos, sending greetings via WhatsApp or listening to music via Spotify.
