OnePlus 7 Pro renders and purported specs revealed

The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro will be announced on 14th May which isn’t too far away. Ahead of the big event, we have a clearer look at the Pro model as the purported press renders have leaked online thanks to Ishan Agarwal.

The OnePlus 7 Pro which comes with a triple-camera setup is shown here in Nebula Blue and Mirror Grey. Apart from having the recognisable OnePlus logo in the middle, the new model also gets the “OnePlus” label printed at the bottom of the device.

The OnePlus 7 Pro is their top of the line model that features a dual-curved display that has no notches or punch-holes. This is also the first OnePlus flagship to feature a pop-up selfie camera to solve the selfie camera conundrum.

The folks at GSMArena has obtained an almost complete spec-sheet of the new OnePlus duo. The standard OnePlus 7 is listed with a 6.2″ Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a notch and the device is powered by a Snapdragon 855 processor with 6GB of RAM. It also gets a 48MP main shooter with an unspecified telephoto camera at the rear.

For the larger OnePlus 7 Pro, it will be getting a larger 6.64″ Quad HD+ AMOLED display that comes with a higher 90Hz refresh rate. In addition to the 48MP main and telephoto camera, the OnePlus 7 Pro will get an extra ultra-wide-angle camera for greater versatility. The Pro model also runs on a Snapdragon 855 processor and it is paired with 10GB of RAM.

Both devices charge via USB-C with support for 30W Warp Charge. This is the same fast charger that made its debut on the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition. For the OnePlus 7 Pro, it will get a 4,000mAh battery while the standard OnePlus 7 has a slightly bigger capacity at 4,150mAh. As expected, both will be running on the latest Android 9 Pie with OxygenOS skin on top and it will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
