SanDisk has managed to squeeze 1TB of storage into a microSD card so you can have more memory in your mobile than you will probably ever need.

The “world’s fastest” 1TB SanDisk Extreme UHS-I microSD card was unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2019. It boasts 160MB/s read speeds and 90MB/s write speeds that “allows consumers to transfer files in nearly half the time over standard UHS-I microSD cards currently on the market.”

If 1TB of storage is overkill for you there’s also a 512GB version of the new Extreme microSD. Both cards are A2 Application Performance Class certified making them better and faster at launching and loading apps installed on the card.

The 1TB and 512GB versions of the Extreme microSD card will be available for purchase sometime in April for US$449.99 (about RM1,830) and US$199.99 (RM815), respectively.
