After a long weekend of no banking, BSN customers can breathe a sigh of relief as the bank announced that its banking system is now back online and fully operational, this includes services at BSN branches, ATMs, CDMs, MEPS, MyBSN and BSN Bank Agents BSN (EB BSN).
The team at BSN has been hard at work restoring its services over the weekend. Last evening, the bank announced via Facebook that its ATM system was restored.
While the news alleviates the inconveniences faced by BSN customers over the holiday period, the bank has not offered any explanation as to what had caused the major outage and what it plans to do to prevent such incidences from happening again.
