OPPO F9 gets a RM200 price cut in Malaysia

With the Christmas holidays around the corner, OPPO Malaysia is offering a RM200 price cut for the OPPO F9. This is OPPO’s selfie-centric smartphone that offers a large 6.3″ full screen display and it also supports VOOC flash charging.

Originally priced at RM1,399, the F9 is getting a permanent price cut to RM1,199. It gets a 6.3″ Full HD+ display with a tiny notch and it is powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 processor. There’s 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage which can be expanded via microSD. The F9 utilises a triple-card slot design which allows you to use both nano-SIMs and a microSD card at the same time. 

The OPPO F9 features a 16MP + 2MP dual-camera setup with AI photography features, while selfies are handled by its 25MP front camera. Powering the device is a 3,500mAh battery and it supports VOOC charging via microUSB. According to OPPO, a 5-minute charge is able to provide 2 hours of talk-time. It was recently announced that the OPPO F9 is capable of supporting e-SIM in Malaysia.
