TM has reported a service interruption which affects Unifi and TM fixed line customers in Sibu and Tanjung Manis. The interruption in central Sarawak is believed to be caused by cable vandalism and TM’s technical team are on location to fix the damage.
After the initial announcement, TM has shared photos of the damaged cables as shown below. At the time of writing, they have not provided an estimated time frame for complete service restoration. You can follow their latest updates via Facebook and Twitter.
