Xiaomi’s physical stores are opening in more locations throughout Malaysia. After the opening of its KLCC, IOI City Mall and Suria Sabah outlets, the next new dedicated Mi store will be opening at the largest mall in Malaysia next month.
The 1 Utama authorised Mi Store will be open next month and it will be managed by authorised retailer DirectD. The store is expected to carry the latest Mi smartphones along with Xiaomi’s range of accessories and Mi ecosystem products. This would be an additional channel for consumers to buy original Mi products offline.
Over at Setapak Central (formerly known as KL Festival City), a hoarding board with Mi branding has appeared and it looks like a large kiosk for Mi products. Apart from these two, another Mi Store is expected to open at Nu Sentral this month.
