When the Huawei Mate 10 series was launched, the Huawei P10 Plus price was reduced from RM3,099 to RM2,399. Since the next P-series flagship launch is just around the corner, Huawei Malaysia has just marked down the P10 Plus further.

According to retailer DirectD, the Huawei P10 Plus is now going for RM2,199 and the new price is also reflected on the official Huawei online store on Lazada Malaysia. On top of that, Huawei is also bundling additional free gifts as part of their Chinese New Year promo.

In case you missed it, the newer Huawei Mate 10 is currently offered at RM2,299 which is RM400 off its original price. The P10 Plus from 2017 is still a pretty good option for those looking for a flagship. Compared to the Mate 10 (non-Pro), the P10 Plus offers 6GB of RAM and double the storage at 128GB.

To recap, the P10 Plus comes with a 5.5″ Quad HD display and it is powered by a Kirin 960 processor. For imaging, it gets a dual camera (12MP + 20MP) setup with f/1.8 aperture, while the front gets an 8MP f/1.9 selfie camera that supports portrait mode. It is powered by a 3,750mAh battery which charges quickly via USB Type-C using Huawei’s SuperCharge power brick.

If you’re interested, you can order the P10 Plus from DirectD or at Huawei’s official online store on Lazada. If you just want the P10 Plus without any free gifts, we spotted a listing that sells it for RM2,038.

Would you go for the Mate 10 or the P10 Plus? Let us know in the comments below.
