When it comes to entry-level smartphones, the biggest problem is usually storage. For less than RM500, most budget devices come with a paltry 16GB of storage and if you’re lucky, some might come with 32GB. If you’re in the market for an affordable device that has more storage to keep your photos, apps and videos, here’s an interesting deal for a Nubia smartphone.

The Nubia M2 Lite which comes with 3GB RAM and 64GB of storage is going for only RM499 on Shopee Mall. That’s quite a steal considering it was officially priced at RM999 and other retailers are still selling the device at about RM700-800.

The Nubia M2 Lite has a 5.5″ HD 720p display and it runs on a MediaTek MT6750 processor. In the camera department, it gets a 13MP f/2.2 main camera and a front facing 16MP f/2.0 selfie shooter with beautification features.

Powering the device is a 3,000mAh battery and it runs on a nubia UI 4.0 skin that’s based on Android Marshmallow. It’s also a 4G device and it supports both TD-LTE (B38/39/40/41) and FDD-LTE (B1/3/5/7/8/20) bands.

The discounted RM499 offer is available on Shopee while stocks last. At time of writing, they have about 66 units in Black and 31 units in Gold.
