Celcom will reward its customers with free Uber rides

Celcom has just announced its partnership with ride-sharing service, Uber, which will enable them to provide its customers with free Uber rides. Applicable to both postpaid and prepaid, customers can soon redeem free and discounted rides as part of Celcom’s loyalty program.

The full details of the loyalty program aren’t announced yet but it is expected to be available in the coming months. During the announcement, it was revealed that you can get RM10 off for KLIA/KLIA2 rides when you subscribe to Celcom Passport roaming pass.

Apart from riders, the partnership between Celcom and Uber will also benefit drivers as well. Celcom will be offering a wide selection of new smartphones with additional benefits for Uber drivers. This includes zero-rated-data usage for the Uber app, which means Uber drivers can stay connected to the Uber platform without using a single byte of data on their plan.
