OnePlus 5T now available for pre-order in Malaysia

For those who have been waiting for the OnePlus 5T, you can pre-order your unit starting today. These are official Malaysian set that comes with a 1-year official warranty by Brightstar Malaysia.

The OnePlus 5T is an upgraded version of the OnePlus 5 featuring a taller 6.01″ AMOLED display in an 18:9 aspect ratio (2160 X 1080). Over at the back, the dual-camera system has been revised with a 16MP + 20MP f/1.7 camera combo while the front comes with a 16MP shooter.

The rest of the hardware remains unchanged with a Snapdragon 835 processor that comes with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM along with 64GB or 128GB of storage respectively. There’s a 3,300mAh battery which charges quickly via USB Type-C using its DASH charging brick.

The official OnePlus 5T Malaysian pricing is as follows:

OnePlus 5T 6GB RAM + 64GB storage – RM2,449
OnePlus 5T 8GB RAM + 128GB storage – RM2,749

It’s RM61 more than the equivalent OnePlus 5 model when it was first released in Malaysia. As a comparison, the OnePlus 5 6GB RAM version was priced at RM2,388, while the 8GB RAM model is going for RM2,688.

If you’re interested, you can place your pre-order from DirectD. Stocks are expected to arrive on 23 December, which is just 2 days before Christmas.
