Celcom and Xpax offer twice the data for daily roaming

If you’re heading overseas for your year-end holiday break, Celcom and Xpax are doubling up on its data roaming offer. From now until 31 December 2017, you’ll get 2X quota when you subscribe to their 1-Day Internet Pass.

The daily pass costs RM38/day and in most popular destinations, you will get 1GB of data instead of the usual 500MB/day. After depleting your quota, you can still browse at slower speeds at no extra charge.

The promo is also applicable to its current RM4.99/day data roam offer for Singapore, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Nepal. To activate, just dial *118# and select “Roaming & IDD”. Take note that a full day is calculated based on the Malaysian time zone from 12:00am to 11:59pm.

To find out how much data you get in each respective country, you can check out both Celcom and Xpax roaming pages.
