honor Malaysia is introducing a new smartphone with a FullView display

honor‘s just dropped a big teaser for an upcoming launch this December, but what could this mystery device be?

Previously, honor dropped a similar teaser for an event happening on December 5th, and both teasers are sporting the same #1001 hashtag.

The new phone being teased could very well be honor’s latest full view display smartphone, which would share a lot of similarities with their Huawei Nova 2i.

Similar to the Nova 2i, it has a 5.93″ FullHD+ display that pushes 2160×1080 pixels resolution in a wide 18:9 display aspect ratio. This gives it almost 6″ of screen in a 5.5″ smartphone body. It should also have a mid-range Kirin 659 Octa-Core processor mated to 4GB RAM and the choice of 32GB to 128GB worth of expandable storage via microSD up to 128GB. Powering the ensemble is a 3,340mAh battery and a 16MP main camera with a 2MP secondary shooter, alongside a 8MP front facing camera.

If the device is indeed one and the same, this could mean that we’re getting the honor 7x  on December 12th.

Otherwise, neither teaser reveals much, (with the Malaysian teaser being especially cryptic) but what do you think will be heading our way this December? let us know in the comments!
