PayPal Samsung Pay

Apart from the usual credit and debit cards, Samsung Pay is now accepting PayPal as a mode of payment. This allows users to use their PayPal funds at more places than ever before.

For PayPal users, this integration with Samsung Pay will allow them to use their PayPal wallet at any merchants that accept cards via NFC or MST. PayPal payments also get the same security as a linked credit/debit card payment as it requires authentication via pin, fingerprint or iris scanning before making a payment.

The partnership between PayPal and Samsung also allows Samsung Pay users to make online purchases through PayPal’s Braintree platform. This allows seamless payment for online shopping and in-app purchases. Samsung Pay with PayPal integration is currently rolling out to US consumers and it will be available in other countries soon without mentioning specific dates.
