An automation app called Workflow, was labeled as “most innovative” by Apple back in 2015. Well, now Apple has bought the app over and are making a move to get more users.
For those of you who don’t know, Workflow is an app that allows you to just tap on one button for a series tasks that would usually require opening multiple apps. According to sources, it is like if you want to let someone know you will be late, you can use the “running late” workflow to instantly find your next calendar event, get the travel time, create and send a message.
This may just be the app for you if you’re always looking to get things done fast or are just in a rush all the time.
The sum of which Apple had obtained the app is undisclosed, but we do know that it will be made free for iPad and iPhone users who wish to download it. This app used to cost USD 2.99 (about RM 13). As part of the deal, Workflow’s creators will be joining Apple according to reports.
