The Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017) are now on sale in Malaysia at RM1,699 and RM1,899 respectively. Both devices come in 4 colours – Black Sky, Gold Sand, and the new Peach Cloud and Blue Mist options.
With the only difference being in size and battery capacity, the Galaxy A5 (2017) gets a 5.2” Super AMOLED display and it runs on an Exynos 7880 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. It has 16MP camera with f/1.9 aperture for both front and rear and it is powered by a 3,000mAh battery that supports fast charging. On the other hand, the Galaxy A7 (2017) is a bigger device at 5.7” and it also packs a larger 3,600mAh battery.
This is the best Galaxy A Series yet and it uses a unique glass and metal design that’s a similar build to its flagship Galaxy S models. The fingerprint sensor unlocks instantly at a single touch and the screen has an Always-On Display feature which lets you view notifications without waking up your device.
